What this is
Field safety data sat in four disconnected systems. Leadership could not answer basic questions without a manual pull. We consolidated the sources into one governed model, then put a conversational layer on top so anyone can ask a question and get a trustworthy answer.
The challenge
Contractor safety observations were logged across separate tools with different field names, severity scales, and refresh cadences. Answering "which contractors are trending worse this quarter" took an analyst two days of reconciliation, so the question mostly went unasked.
What we built
A single source of truth for safety observations, then a Copilot Studio assistant grounded on that model. It answers in plain English, cites the underlying records, and refuses to guess when the data does not support an answer.
