The challenge
Safety reporting existed, but every business unit produced its own version with different totals. Leadership spent meetings reconciling numbers instead of acting on them.
What we built
A Power BI dashboard reading from the single source of truth, with contractor ranking, severity filtering, and GPS-tagged observation mapping. The same numbers appear in every view because they come from the same model.
